Vinyasa yoga is an energetic flowing class focusing on breath with movement through various sequences called sun salutations. A faster pace class with strength, flexibility, and balance in mind encouraging you to empower your body by moving through safe and supportive poses.

Cancellation Policy
1. Class Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within a 6-hour window before the class start time. A fee of $10 will be charged for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 2. Refund Policy: At Higher Ground, we strive to provide our members with the best possible experience while understanding that plans can sometimes change. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. Pass Extensions: We offer a maximum 2-week extension on passes for qualified medical leave.
