This class is a high energy, full-body workout in a fun and inviting group class. We will combine a series of exercises including weight training, plyometrics, cardio, and abdominals. If you are ready to get a fantastic calorie burn workout while having a blast, this is the class for you.

1. Class Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within a 6-hour window before the class start time. A fee of $10 will be charged for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 2. Refund Policy: At Higher Ground, we strive to provide our members with the best possible experience while understanding that plans can sometimes change. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. Pass Extensions: We offer a maximum 2-week extension on passes for qualified medical leave.
