Service Description
Come to this playful and invigorating mind body practice anytime you want to move the whole body without a single sun salutation. We explore range of motion within our joints through repetitive fluid movements in order to create heat, release tension, and shift energy. All this to ease the mind into a 10-15minute meditation. You will leave class with a sense of ease in your body and peace in your heart.

Cancellation Policy
1. Class Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within a 6-hour window before the class start time. A fee of $10 will be charged for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 2. Refund Policy: At Higher Ground, we strive to provide our members with the best possible experience while understanding that plans can sometimes change. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. Pass Extensions: We offer a maximum 2-week extension on passes for qualified medical leave.
