Service Description
Start your weekend feeling strong, energized, and more balanced. Vinyasa means “to place in a special way”. This class coordinates breath with movement while addressing flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. A gentle warm up will slowly build through Sun Salutations, a peak pose and a quiet Savasana. This class is a mixed-level class which means it is suitable for active beginners to advanced practitioners. See you on the mat!

1. Class Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within a 6-hour window before the class start time. A fee of $10 will be charged for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 2. Pass Extensions: We offer a maximum 2-week extension on passes for qualified medical leave.
