We offer a wide range of classes, including yoga (gentle, vinyasa, restorative, etc), pilates, and strength training.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Instructors provide modifications so beginners and experienced practitioners can feel comfortable and challenged.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. We also offer yoga mat rentals for $3.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up your space, and settle in before the session begins.
We currently only offer in person classes.
Please let your instructor know before class. We’ll suggest safe modifications and encourage you to listen to your body. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.
In addition to classes, we offer workshops, events, acupuncture, microneedling, massage, LED light therapy, an infrared sauna bag, and a crystal chakra mat.
Our classes are designed for adults 18 and older. However, students ages 16+ are welcome to join with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
